Our resilient global operations team has Centers of Excellence across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas to ensure that your business is fully supported around the clock.
We have taken proactive measures across all of our operations to guarantee business continuity:
84% of our global technical support professionals reside outside of Israel, and we’ve allocated resources to allow these teams to deliver undisrupted engineering support - with no impact to field operations, lead times software updates or code releases.
Our contract manufacturing partners source 93% of all hardware from facilities located in the United States and there are no parts exclusively shipped from Israel. We have had (and anticipate) zero supply chain disruptions or delays around our projected delivery and installation commitments.
Our Engineering team remains fully online, both in Israel and around the globe.
