Subramanian Kartik

Kartik is Vice President of Systems Engineering at VAST Data, overseeing the global presales organization. He has played a key role in VAST Data’s rapid growth, helping drive nearly 10x increases in valuation and revenue. An accomplished technologist and executive, Kartik brings deep expertise in cloud architectures, AI/ML, life sciences, and high-performance computing and storage. Prior to VAST, he spent two decades at EMC (later Dell) as a Distinguished Engineer and global executive leading converged and hyperconverged go-to-market efforts. He holds a Ph.D. in particle physics with 75+ publications and three patents.
