The VAST Forward group rate at The Grand America Hotel is $279.00 per night + tax. The group rate at Little America Hotel is $199.00 per night + tax. Reservations must be made via the registration process by February 1, 2027 to guarantee this rate.

Yes. A one‑night deposit will be charged to your card directly by the hotel prior to the event.
