Scott Shadley

Scott Shadley is the Director, Leadership Narrative and Evangelist at Solidigm, where he shapes the future of data infrastructure. With nearly 30 years of semiconductor experience, Scott is a leading voice on AI storage, high-density SSDs, and computational storage. A dedicated industry advocate, he serves on the SNIA Board of Directors and has been awarded the 2022 SNIA Volunteer of the Year. Before Solidigm, Scott held strategic roles at NGD Systems, STEC, and Micron. He is a frequent speaker at events like FMS, known for bridging the gap between complex NAND engineering and real-world AI workloads. He holds a B.S.E.E. in Device Physics and an MBA.
