Julie Myers

Julie Myers is the VP of IT and CIO at the University of Rochester, leading a team of 300+ staff and a $73M budget to support research, education, and healthcare. A member of the President’s Cabinet, she drives strategic initiatives in AI governance, High Performance Computing, and digital transformation. Julie previously served as the university's first CISO and held global leadership roles at Eastman Kodak and Xerox. Named TechRochester’s 2023 Technology Woman of the Year, she serves on the NYSERNet board and champions diversity in STEM. She holds an Executive MBA from Simon Business School and specializes in building resilient, secure, and mission-aligned IT organizations.
