Eric Bermender

Eric Bermender began his career within the media and entertainment industry over 25 years ago and is currently the Data Infrastructure & Platform team manager at Pixar Animation Studios. He guides teams of engineers who implement innovative digital storage and data center technologies, which allow Pixar’s artists to produce pioneering imagery and stories. Mr. Bermender has numerous screen credits representing various contributions he has made between Visual Effects and Animation workflows; Star Wars Episode 2, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Incredibles 2, and Inside Out 2 are among a sampling of his feature work. He is a member of the Visual Effects Society and the Association for Computing Machinery Siggraph Society. Mr. Bermender holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Graphics and Imaging, as well as an MBA in Business Management.
