Daniele Cesarini
Daniele Cesarini is the Head of AI/HPC Architecture at CINECA, one of Europe’s leading supercomputing centers. He leads the architectural design of advanced HPC and AI infrastructures supporting large‑scale scientific and industrial workloads. His role includes shaping the architecture of Leonardo, a flagship HPC system at CINECA and one of the Top 10 supercomputers in the TOP500 ranking, as well as the architectural design of IT4LIA, the Italian AI Factory, driving HPC–AI convergence and AI adoption across research, industry, and European initiatives. He holds a PhD in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an Executive MBA in Business Management at University of Bologna.
